These sites are operated by Achord Foundation (Charity No. 1189169) and The 4 Habits Institute (trading under Soulmates Academy Ltd, Company No. 10742386), under a licensing agreement.
3. Platform Hosting
Course content is hosted on Thinkific, a third-party platform. Use of the course platform is subject to their infrastructure, and data collected is managed under our direction as the data controller, in line with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.
4. Accounts & Eligibility
Accounts are required for access to some services. Users must be 16+ or have parental consent. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We may suspend accounts for misuse or breach of these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All site content is owned by or licensed to Achord Foundation or its partners. You may view and download materials for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use (including commercial use, reproduction, or redistribution) requires written permission.
