Why networks are leaning into relationship skills
When communication breaks down, churches and communities carry the cost — in conflict, isolation, leadership strain, and fractured trust.
Prevention is powerful: when people have simple habits for listening, repair, and healthy boundaries, they’re better equipped for discipleship, mission, and everyday life.

Achord offers a practical way for networks to strengthen relational culture without adding heavy programme burden to local leaders.
Choose the pathway that
fits your context

Achord for Churches (discipleship)
A facilitator-led small-group course for church life — helping people build healthier conversations, handle tension well, and grow in love and unity.
Achord for Communities (people of any faith or none)
An accessible course designed for mixed-belief settings — ideal for outreach and community partners, helping groups build trust, communication skills, and belonging.
How it works for network leaders
We keep this simple. There are two common ways to start:

A
Closed senior leaders session (recommended)
You host a closed online session for senior leaders across your network (typically 45–60 minutes).
We present the course clearly, answer questions, and give leaders a next step.

What you do: invite leaders + send one reminder
What we do: present + Q&A + follow-up resources
B
Promote the open Overview Webinar
If you’d rather not host a closed session, you can simply invite your leaders to our open webinar covering both programmes.
